Engineering Management

Master's Programs with Thesis

Today’s technology-driven industrial world brings new complex and competitive challenges to business management. The increase in the number of firms that want to maintain their competitiveness in international markets and produce for foreign companies increases the importance of managerial issues in various fields such as R & D, technology, innovation and strategic human resources management. It is only necessary to meet the need for new professionals who will replace the engineers and managers who have a technical perspective and experience, who cannot see the problems within the business from an integrated perspective. At this point, the Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering Management program will enable the training of professionals required by enterprises with a training program that integrates engineering formation and basic business and management issues.

The aim of the master’s program with thesis is to provide the student with the ability to access, evaluate and interpret information by conducting scientific research. This program consists of at least 8 courses, a seminar course and a thesis study, provided that it is not less than 30 ECTS credits. Seminar course and thesis work are non-credit and evaluated as successful or unsuccessful.
