How To Enroll to Our University In 4 Steps?

For Associate / Undergraduate / Graduate Students…

1) Online application

https://international.gedik.edu.tr/

The candidates should upload the necessary documents.
Required Documents

  • High school / Undergraduate / Graduate diploma (in English or Turkish translation)
  • The original transcript (in English or Turkish translation)
  • Copy of the first page of applicant’s Passport
  • Result of English or Turkish language proficiency (if applicable)
  • Result of YÖS exam (if you have taken the exam)
  • Any other document that you declare you have (e.g, SAT, TOEFL, IELTS ,GRE,GMAT)

2) Get your Conditional Offer Letter

The candidates who completed their online application and received a conditional offer letter are required to pay a
non-refundable deposit of 500 USD within 7 days from the day they receive the conditional offer letter. Candidates
who paid the deposit fee should send their invoices to international@gedik.edu.tr
A letter of acceptance will be sent to our students from the International Relations and Erasmus Coordinator when
students send their invoices.
WARNING: The student who receives the acceptance letter must register online by the date on the
acceptance letter. Otherwise, their application will be considered invalid. The deposit fee of 500 USD
will not be refunded. They have to apply again and pay the deposit fee again.
* The deposit fee will be deducted from the tuition fee.

3) Get your Acceptance Lette

The Registration Commitment and acceptance letter will be sent to the student from international@gedik.edu.tr
when the student send the invoice.

4) Complete your online registration

The student who signs the Registration Commitment sends the necessary documents to
registration@gedik.edu.tr

For Graduate Degree…

  • The original undergraduate / graduate diploma and its notarized Turkish translation,
  • The original “Certificate of Equivalence” obtained from the Council of Higher Education (YÖK),
  • The original transcript and its notarized Turkish translation,
  • Notarized copy of the official identity or passport page showing the identification information,
  • “Student Visa” document received from Embassy of Turkey in students country,
  • 2 pcs of new passport photo.
  • REGISTRATION COMMITMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
  • Invoice showing that the remaining tuition fee has been paid for 500 usd previously paid as a deposit

Online Registration is completed

For Undergraduate & Associate Degree…

  • The original high school diploma and its notarized Turkish translation,
  • The original “Certificate of Equivalence” obtained from the Council of Higher Education (YÖK),
  • The original transcript and its notarized Turkish translation,
  • Notarized copy of the official identity or passport page showing the identification information,
  • “Student Visa” document received from Embassy of Turkey in students country
  • 2 pcs of new passport photo.
  • REGISTRATION COMMITMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

Online Registration is completed

  • After the online registration process is completed, Invoice showing that the remaining tuition fee has
    been paid for 500 usd previously paid as a deposit will be requested by the International Relations and
    Erasmus Coordinator via e-mail (registration@gedik.edu.tr)
